Please email your HCC contact directly to start a secure message using Herts Secure (unless an alternative arrangement has already been agreed). If you need guidance on how to send or receive documents using Herts Secure, please contact your HCC contact for support.

To register you must either

i) have been invited by a Hertfordshire County Council user to register or
ii) have a valid Hertfordshire County Council email address.
