HertSFX will be retired as of 31st March 2026 and replaced by a new system called Herts Secure. Herts Secure will be available from 9th March 2026, and should be used for sending and receiving messages from that date. For external users, please contact your HCC colleague if you need to send documents through Herts Secure starting 9th March 2026.

i) have been invited by a Hertfordshire County Council user to register or
ii) have a valid Hertfordshire County Council email address.
